Delhi High Court opined during its proceedings: 'Keventers not good as it used to be'

The bench of the Hon’ble Delhi High Court presided over by Justice Shri J.R. Midha to decide the dispute arising out on the application of the Super Milk Products Pvt. Ltd over the selling of sub-standard milk products by one of its licensees under the brand name of KEVENTERS, on 06th June 2019 (during the course of proceedings) went on to opine that "Your products are not at all fit for consumption...you change your own product."

Hereby to quote, Super Milk Private Ltd. is the company which brought back the KEVENTERS brand in India after its closure in 1970’s. The statement of Justice Midha vehemently inferring the milk products of Keventers to the lawyers that “Keventers was no longer as good as it used to be” came as a spine shocker for the veteran brand, which seeked the requirement to regain its repute by moulding its secret recipe for which it was known for years.

However, the Court declined to pass any order in this respect and listed the matter for further reference in the course of hearing on July 02, 2019, which will ultimately decide the path of the flourishing of the Dormant Brand which was revived after years!
