Former HC judge demands order against Justice Dinakaran

 Former Karnataka High Court Judge M F Saldhana demanded an order to keep away Chief Justice P D Dinakaran from the court till allegations levelled against him were cleared. 



Taking strong exception for delay in taking decision on charges of encroachment of government land by Justice Dinakaran in his native Kaverirajapuram in Tamil Nadu, Justice Saldhana told reporters here that ‘the people were losing faith in judiciary due to delay in delivering the judgement by the Supreme Court Collegium which was specially constituted to investigate into the allegations.’ To a question, he said ‘disclosure of assets by Judges will not bring any change since one may not reveal wealth amassed illegally.’
