Law Commission invites suggestions on ‘Legal Reforms to Combat Road Accidents’

The Law Commission of India has come out with a ‘Consultation Paper’ on ‘Legal Reforms to Combat Road Accidents’ inviting response from legal fraternity and other stake holders connected with the issue. The Commission is formulating recommendations to the Government of India on this subject, which is of national importance. The views/suggestions/comments on the proposals can be sent within 15 days.
