Members of Bar Association Jhalawar gone on strike for indefinate period for their demand

Members of Bar Association Jhalawar gone on strike for indefinate period for their demand from 6 april 2011 due to a court of ACJM is created in Jhalrapatan a place just six kilometer away from district head quarter of Jhalawar (Raj.) for that a building is proposed to be constructed in future near about three kilometer west of Jhalrapatan. In city of Jhalawar there are two well furnished building lying vacant where in one building ACJM may held,  its court with chamber and office of ministerial staff.

From Jhalawar,  Jhalrapatan is near about six kilometer and they are united due to dense population. Jhalawar is district head quarter with mini secretariat, all executive and judicial courts. So far smooth running of ACJM Court Jhalrapatan it is better in the interest of litigants, Advocates and courts working to keep court sitting  of presiding officer in Jhalawar inspite  of Jhalarapatan.
