Nithari Case: Former CO Summoned 23 Jan 2009, 2347 hrs IST, TNN Text: GHAZIABAD: A local CBI court on Friday ordered former Noida police circle officer Dinesh Yadav to appear before the court on January 27 in connection with the re-examination of documents and other facts in the Nithari rape and murder cases. Anil Haldar, whose child Rimpa Haldar was among those allegedly raped and murdered, had earlier told the court that the "CBI had fabricated some investigation documents to protect accused Moninder Singh Pandher and put the blame on his domestic help Surender Koli.'' Haldar's counsel Khalid Khan told the court of CBI special judge Rama Jain that the CBI had neither produced the saw, nor got it tested forensically. "In fact, the CBI had fabricated a report of the seizure of the skulls and other remains, by which it was sought to prosecute only Koli and not Pandher,'' said Khan. Khan claimed that Dinesh Yadav and the CBI had together manipulated documents in the case. The judge then ordered that Yadav should present himself in court in the matter
