The petition filed by their counsel in the 6th Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate would come up for hearing on February 12. The Rajus and Srinivas had sought bail from the same court last month too, but it was rejected. In another development, SFIO's plea to record statements of the accused -- Ramalinga Raju, Rama Raju and Vadlamani Srinivas -- on oath in jail was posted to February 13. "The petition filed by SFIO has been taken up. The arguments were heard and posted to February 13 for orders by the court," Reddy said.
