Vigilance Case against near relatives of Justice Balakrishnan

A case is filed in the Vigilance Court at Thrissur, against the near relatives of Justice K.G. Balakrishnan seeking a probe, in connection with the recent news of amazing wealth from unknown sources.  The case is filed against his brother and former Special Government Pleader Adv. K.G. Baskaran and his Son in laws Adv. P.V. Sreenijan and Adv. Benny.  the Court adjourned the case to 20th of this Month for further enquiry in this matter.  

In another move, the Vigilance and Anti-corruption Department of the Government of Kerala also ordered an investigation in this matter, in view of the directions issued by the Chief Minister and State Home Minister.
