when we talk about law of limitation applicability in almost all the cases, why dont we have such limitation for lawyers to wind up any given case in minimum posible time instead of delaying for no sufficient reason. It only reflects the lack of accountability in the judicial system.

Both the judiciary and bar are equally responsible.

The fast track style judicial system lacks clarity and understanding in the facts and circumstances of ht case. Fast track system needs only what is in an FIR and police records. They go to that line with out knowing the legal implications laid down by legend's. This system always cry about heavy adjournments. Adjournments are necessary to study case for collection of evidence etc. Unnecessary depends on each facts.

NOT ONLY THEY SEEK ADJOURNMENT BUT WHEN DENIED THEY RESUME TO BOYCOTT SO AS TO GET AN ADJOURNMENT AND INTIMIDATE JUDGES TO GRANT IT.

LAWYERS ARE TAKING UNNECESSARY ADJOURNMENTS IS TRUE IT NOT GOOD FOR THRIR CLIENTS AND JUDICIARY.THERE SHOULD SOME AMENDMENT IN C.P.C AND OTHER PROCEDURAL LAWS TO RISTRICT ADJORNMENTS. IN MY OPINON EVERY LAWYER SHOULD HELP THE JUDICIARY FOR DECIDING MATTERS SPEEDLY.

There should be a time limit for disposal of any case or proceeding like so in the Income Tax Act, 1961. For completion of any scrutiny assessment procedding the Income Tax Act provides 21 month time for disposal. How many adjournments allowed or availed by the party within such perood is no matter but the assesse should be aware or bind to law about the limitation of time of a disposal of a any case. Sometimes seeking adjourment to time is essential on fact and circumstances of the case, but should be availed within a limit of time.

No, it depends on the circumstances. Advocates are always concerned about their clients interest, they have to protect whatever it may be.
