On moral grounds Justice P.D.Dinakaran has to resign. He has to prove all allegations against him are false. It is his duty also to uphold the diginty of our indian judiciary. | |

Justice Dinakaran has fetched bad name to the judiciary and has eroded the confidence of lay an in this system of rule of law in India so better to weed out such bad elements from judiciary. | |

yes he should...in view of the allegation and in view of the priliminary evidence against him, it is his moral duty to step down. we expect such kind of attitude from our politicians and the judiciary has often commented upon Indian Polity now judiciary must stand by its standards. | |

If he is gentleman, got some common sense or self respect or have got some respect towards the juidicial system or if he is feat of God, immediately he should step down. I think he doesn't have anything. | |
