Unwarranted litigations, lack of infrastructure and adjournment by the lawyers were also can considered as factors for undue delay but the population ratio and the poor judge is standing as prior concern.I don't no what the submitted person meant about poor judge. I observed it as the time using for judgment.

LENIENCY OF JUDGES TO GRANT UNREASONABLE NUMBER OF ADJOURNMENTS COUPLED WITH TENDENCY OF LAWYERS SEEKING FREQUENT ADJOURNMENTS .

courts are flooded with cases for cheque bouncing, and that has encouraged illegal moneylending.amount can be recovered with any rate of intrest, that at very low costs

operation of legal system is to ensure justice which is also possible by alternate dispute resolution - outside the Court.

i guess our courts are poorly equiped and still going through the medivial period despite so much advancement in technology which really slow down the process

It is always the Advocates take time from the Court, leaving the clients frustrated which is the cause of delays in the case.

though i ve voted for the first option but in my opinion in some way or the other all the options or reasons are equally responsible for the delay. And i must add the lack of competent judicial officers is also a reason.

Undue delay in Judicial system is caused due unnecessary adjournments by Lawyers and Judges too.

My learned brothern must leave behind some self interest and look in the actual genuiness of the case an does not resort to unnecessary adjournments. This may be benificial to their personal interest only but on the other hand this has a bad remark on the justice system as a whole. This is my personal request to our Lawyers brothern.

It is true that the ratio between Judge and Population is poor. More judges need to be appointed. At the same time, experienced Advocate will not make his choice for a judge seat. Because the salary is very meagre while comparing a senior advocate's earnings per month. The S.C. and H.C. judges are getting around Rs.30000-35000 only per month. Therefore for inviting experienced advocates, the present salary of higher judiciary must be increased. JAYARAJAN PR
