Can not the public servant of such high rank who is supposed to be well aware of his duty,be punished with stern punishment so that it may become lesson for the others .Shri Rathore was a senior police officer & took the advantage of his post to delay the case & destroyed the life of a teenager girl as well as his family. It is also a matter of thought that his wife who is advocate too, had helped him to save him but unfortunately could not succeed in her efforts .

THIS IS A VERY SHAMEFUL ON WHOLE LEGAL PROFESSION THAT AFTER A LONG SPAN OF TIME EVEN ONE CAN SAY JUSTICE IS NOT DONE BUT IT SEEMS TO BE INJUSTICE EASILY TO ALL HUMAN BEINGS NOT ONLY TO THE PROFESSIONALS.

let the case may be 16 yrs old, the girl at her teen age lost whole life due to rathode's crime. hence, it is not approriate sentence or punishment meeted to rothode. it should still serious and rigorous punishment so that other police or bureaucrats will be under control.

here question of rathore's punishment is not so important to us. it is more important how rathore escaped from the grip of law in a democratic system and how he abused his official power in favour of him

the quantum of punishment is not adequate till now . The indian judiciary must take hardcore action against Lathore , so that no one can even think about molestation of our izzat.

Yes. He has misused his high position to ruin the life of a teenaged girl. He should have been punished with more strict punishment.

He has misused his post, and ruined a life of a teenage girl. Either he should have been awarded for bravery or life (for rest of his life) imprisonment. His crime is of serious nature, "A Rakshak has become a Vakshak". Since he is educated and his post is meant to protect the weak people.
