RTI is a wonderful tool for transparency and to keep the corruption check. More over Judiciary is also a statutory body which is accountable to its own public then why immunity from RTI. As far as harassment is concerned then a safe guard can be devised.

Judiciary unlike other forms has two facets. One is Judicial which shall be and is always immune from normal policy of disclosure. The other is administrative which, goes without saying, that is always subject to and within the scope of RTI Act. I am of the opinion that there has been much ado about nothing on this issue. The selection, posting, transfer, turning down the proposal of a judge being elevated are all withhin the administartive power and jurisdiction of the chief Justice and the President. Such decisions are within the swcope of RTI Act.

As Judiciary's be given freedom work independently, it should not be harasses by any enquiry trough RTI. It should only be brought under RTI for stoping Judiciary Corruption Only.

A common man of India should understand of our Indian judiciary functions, judgements & to be educcate in the global reforms of the world. Then only judiciary will function automatically transperent manner. No political involvement should be there. Finally I recommend the judiciary should be covered under RTI Act which is to be decided in the Both houses of Parliament, then the Law commission has to make suggestions then it will be honoured by the President of India. In this regard the law commission has to act wisely for a common Indian .

though judiciary should be brought under ambit of RTI but it should only be applicable to administrative matters and not others because judicial function of judiciary is very sensitiv and should not be made public because for that understanding of law is important which laks in India and til india not aware regarding same then till that date judicial function should be brought out of ambit of RTI

Since, judiciary is such limb of state which though is highly omnipotent and regarded still being in the public scrutiny will only escalate the faith of the public in it.
