Sweet equity is given to the employee or director who has done approximate equal to the value of stake, sunanda is not the employee or director, therefore allotment of share to her is a unlawful practice under the law for which prosecution should also be initiated by SEBI .

Sweat equity shares means shares which are alloted other than money consideration or on discount or for any intellectual rights so sunanda puskar has given some intellectual knowledge or work for that she has been given that share it is totaly legal.
