Though it improve standard, need to know customary practice is necessary. need of IJS like IAS or IPS would not make judiciary fast. ONe who need to be Juage should Know procedures from base

hii.. setting up of an All India Judicial Service commission would indeed be a g8 step towards centralization in the procedure for appointment of judiciary.But, the only constraint could be the first language which is different in almost all the States of India, for eg. hindi is the first language in haryana, delhi, rajasthan, punjabi is the first language in punjab, marathi in maharashtra etc. so centralisation could face a problem in this area otherwise it will be a gud step forward.

AS A CITIZEN OF THIS GREAT COUNTRY I REQUEST THE JUDICIAL COMMISSION BE SET AT THE EARLISET AND IT SHOULD FORMULATE UNIFORM CIVIL CODE FOR THE WELFARE OF CITIZENS.
