hii.. setting up of an All India Judicial Service commission would indeed be a g8 step towards centralization in the procedure for appointment of judiciary.But, the only constraint could be the first language which is different in almost all the States of India, for eg. hindi is the first language in haryana, delhi, rajasthan, punjabi is the first language in punjab, marathi in maharashtra etc. so centralisation could face a problem in this area otherwise it will be a gud step forward. | |
