I agree with Paamaanu and Suchitra S. Creation of law schools etc. is diversion from real problems facing in justice delivery.

More the rules poor the society >Tao. Why do we need schools for Law ? Just because we are indeffernt to give justice in time. Make laws simple and few. Principal of natural justice is infested by unnatural intentional delays and court orders are not executed. Excesses of any good thing are worst than excesses of bad things as those are not subject to scritiny bt conseus >> Adam Smith. Judiciary is defunct, infected seriously and gives justice only to rich. Mukeshes and Anils disputes are resolved in no time.. Hasnt any one read about a double murdere was freed by SC just becoz they couldnt Even take up the case for 20 years !! Everyone is a servent, gets salary . May it be CJI or the babu in small courts.. To give justice, bwe need owners. So ..apart from creating opportunities to new cader of super servents this idea is nit offering any thing to the People getting crushed under the burdan of the insensitive money sucking mchinary and people runhing it. U couldnt hang Rajeevs murderes, you cannt hang Afzal and Kasab..So..thinking about school of law is greatest pradox.. Thats like Mary Antwanet.. if dont get bread.. eat Cake..

The technological advancement in the field of law is plausible, and when it is imparted by the National law schools, then it is even more beautiful. But it is an apparent reality regarding the criterias of admission and scope of study in a law school by the pupils starving for the days bread, If their needs are too satisfied STRINGENTLY ON THE BASIS OF MERIT, then i concur to the decision by the national law commission.........................

Yes, very urgently. The more the nation will invest in law the more benefit it will reap. So, Law should be our top priority, if we want to cleanse the evils/malaise of this country. Specially R&D wing.

The intent behind establishment of National law schools was training students to become sensitized, knowledgeable and competent lawyers and to raise the standards of litigation in India. The major chunk of students passing out from these universities opts for serving corporate sector and fancy law firms instead of practicing in courts, defeating the very idea.It is pertinent to mention that National Law Schools charge a bomb in lieu of providing you the ‘National Law school’ tag. If these students opt for court practice will they be able to repay the bank loan which was borrowed to fund their legal education? We do not want such National Law Schools which do not serve the purpose for which they have been established. It is time to improve the quality of education in existing other law colleges.
