Yes: HC has passed the historic judgment on INDIAN people. It is people judgment not for single party judgment.

Yes, it is indeed a gud judgment and the Hon'ble Court has been succesful in giving a balanced judgment, which is in best public interest.

Better to decide this issue like this. Now the scope of appeal before Supreme Court is very limited and it cannot travel beyond the finding of the High Court.

The suits relate with title dispute, the same could only be decided on the basis of evidence. The report of ASI was only conclusive proof, which could answer the specific issued framed in the suits.
