IT IS BLATENT AND PATENT VIOLATION OF RULE OF LAW PLEASE. THIS KIND OF ACTIONS CAN ONLY BE SAID TO BE LEGAL IF WE ARE UNDER MARTIAL LAW RULE.

yes,it is illegal.it is a settled law a notice should be served before taking any action against an employee, any how the jet airways already taken decission to reinstate the all employees, is ery happy news.

the maxim audi alterm partem has not been complied in this case... before taking any step , the other party must be given an oppurtunity of being heard... there principle of natural justice has not been followed by jet airways

Procedural things cannot be done away with. Whether it Government Sector or Public Sector or Private Sector jobs. It is a flagrant violation of natural justice principles and Labour Laws.

the employee may give amount of the notice period then he no need to give any notice to the employee who is working on probation period.

As per Jet,all employees were on probation, so as per condition in appointment letter, Act of jet was legal but not human.
