| You can't snatch the fundamental right of people belief in their worship, prayer, custom of marriage as it determine the fact of unity in diversity.People should enjoy the freedom of right to live.Altering any fabric would constitute havoc to the social fabric of the country.We rather speak of education , knowledge , intelligence and many more competent ability for a generous human being which rather believe that making the uniform civil code would dissolves all the social and cultural, caste etc differences but scrutinizing through these lenses would only allow for the study and research for this beauty in spite arriving any conclusion. | |

| our constitution is based on both federal and parliamentary systems.but land is one though different states are there.why should not be a common law when there is a common constitution.no doubt there are different people.atleast common code will unite them as well as the country. | |
