To acquire education is a constitutional right of any indian citizen, without any restriction of age,sex & community. Moreover LL.B./Advocacy is a profession of public and social service ,Hence there should not be any restriction regarding to get admission in LL.B.

There should be no limit for it, sometimes people facing financial or other issues at their right time of study, but due to that they don't fulfill their aims, if they really want to do.When they stable they can fulfill their aims and serve the law and country.

After my 30 years of military service i have decided to study law and practice to : a) A good officer of the court so that confiscated goods are not left in disuse due to sheer vested interest coupled with indifferent judges. b)To compel Registry of the court to list cases in any court as per standing order with bar council and the judges forum taking interest in this matter. c) To ensure that all juduciary is changed to Jury system as the present system has created nexus between the Judges and the practising advocates. Those who are saying NO pl revise their stand.

Although there should not be any age limit for admission but there should be limit to COP exams. If someone wants to gather knowledge then it cannot be barred, but those who do it casually should not be allowed to practice in courts.

Age limit criteria for doing LL.B should be compulsory, as it will remove out the unwanted stuff who are doing for their pert-time or time-pass which suffer both, client as well the dedicated lawyers

There should be no age limit getting admission in LL. B. course. There is no provision in constitution that connects age with the right to acquire knowledge/education hence this provision would be/is unconstitutional. sanjeev kumar jaiswal, advocate , Bhopal

there are some rules for admission into colleges/universities etc. so there should be an age limit for admission into LLB course. so the student can understand.
