Hi ,
we filed a 498a and dp3,4 quash petition in high Court based on the vague statements in FIR by petitioner. Judge was convinced with circumstantial evidence and ordered stay on the police case . We are filing extensions for stay from 6 months , but the squash petition is not coming to bench for next hearing.
I want to know if there is a way we can make it come to bench for next hearing soon as we have concrete evidence to show FIR as vague .
