Hello,
We are having residential land in the madurai city in tamilnadu, where the land is rented out to the tendent fewyears before and tendent is build up the small houses with sheet.
Now we are asking tendent to vacate the land, but they are not vacating since long time of period without giving any kind of rentals.
Land documents and taxes are with our name, where as the house taxes are paying with their names.
Please could you provide advice us, how we can solve the problem to vacate the persons from the land.
Is this we need to pursue legally or go with compensation basis?
