ADVICE UNDER SEC-420 407

Dear members,

 

want to take some advice if the accused

was involved in a criminal case under the

Prevention of Corruption Act but since he died during the


 

pendency of the criminal case and

no enquiry was conducted nor any exercise was

undertaken to fix the liability

 of the said amount and accused

had died during the pendency of the trial

itself, therefore, in the absence any finding of the aforesaid

can liability his accused wife for accused his debts under SEC-407 420

no,my dear friend beoz this is criminal case.in this case liability only on acused,when acused is dide case is closed.
