Dear Sir...
If my father has sold the Ancestral Property with the consent of all his sons, is there any problem which we will face from Daughter in laws side, since my borther divorce case is running and brother wife is forcefully staying in that ancestral property(which my father has sold) and so far no cases from her side, with respect to attachment of property for maintenance or any other property/maintenance cases against my brother.
