Appeal u/s 32 B of Bombay Stamp Act

I wish to have guidance on how to file an appeal u/s 32 B of Bombay Stamp Act.

I had applied for adjudication but the stamp duty authority have worked out a wrong amount for stamp duty.

Being aggrieved, i wish to file an appeal as one of my colleague had done the same and the authority ruled in his favor.

Please guide me the manner to proceed with & where can i get the form  for the appeal.

Is there any time limit to file an appeal for the captioned subject ?

Your quick guidance will be appreciated.

Under 32B of act you can file appeal within 60 days of order of determining stamp duty or penalty thereupon to Deputy inspector general of registration.  The appeal is not require to be in any standard formate  and it can be made like simple application together with all necessary documents.
