Is PF & ESI is applicable to Medical College hospital run by a TRUST?
I was told that educational institutions are excempted from the purview of PF ACT Is it so?
Some one from delhi forwarded the details as stated below for the group discussion -
Educational institutions are exempted from provisions of E.P.F. Act.
