Adverse possession

Hi

I would like to get expert opinion on whether Adverse possession is possible by a family member if he has been using the siblings agricultural land for cultivation. If A and B are brothers and B has been cultivating in the agriculture land for 30+ years with permission from A. All the records in name of A. Can B claim adverse possession of the land of A.

Thank you

Rajendra

This will come under permissive possession hence B cannot claim title by perfecting law of adverse possession.

No adverse possession can be claimed in your case.
