We are more focused on International Assignments funded by Multilateral Funding Agencies as we have the requisite consultants with lots of international experience in all sectors. We are a multi-Disciplinary Firm committed to deliver World Class Service. We are a specialized Professional Firm in Realty Sector in India and we offer end to end solutions.

We offer specialized services in the above areas matching the needs of the clients with the expertise available both within the company and outside agencies with which we have networked our relationships through our overseas associates all over India.

We are headquartered in Chennai from where the business is controlled. We are a multi-functional audit firm and we believe in providing all services under one roof and we are committed to world class service delivery.

We are on the panel of World Bank Group, Asian Development Bank, DFID and other similar institutions. The founder-partner Mr. R S Nambi is also on the panel of World Bank's roster of consultants in his individual capacity. Besides, all our consultants are on the panel of ADB and DFID in their individual capacities and have in depth industry knowledge. Our Legal Firm having branches in all important metros is more than 6 decades old.

We have with us clients who are interested in converting their land locked capital into more liquid assets .We can work together on these deals in case of interest. We are also looking for 4/5 Star Hotels for Take Over/Management Contract in Pune/Bangalore in Strategic Locations.As a policy we do not deal with properties which does not have clean title and we deal only on outright sale basis.We work on agreed fee basis only and our pricing of properties are based on market valuations only.
