Buying dead end gram panchayat road

Dear Sirs,

Will i be able to buy a "DEAD END" grampanchayat road which is about 50 square yards.The area surrounded by the dead end road (3 parts ) is completely of ours.This is required as to make a builiding of complete rectangle shape.

If it is possible ,can you please let me know the G.O no or procedure to follow up.

No, Grampanchayat or municipality or any local body is not a owner of the road, they are only development authorities. either u have to approach to collector or town planning and revise the laypot.
