Can advocate be a witness?

RESPECTED ALL,

                     CAN ANY ADVOCATE WHO ATTESTED THE PHOTOGRAPH OF THE TESTATOR ,ALSO SIGHNATURE ON THE WILL AS A WITNESS IS THIS IS LEGAL .???????

15. It shall be the duty of an advocate fearlessly to uphold the interests of his client by all fair and honourable means without regard to any unpleasant consequences to himself or any other

Dear Mr.Raj,

An Advocate is the most eligible vitness if it is not in his professional ampit. He cant be a witness for the matter which he got Vakalath but can be an independant witness to up hold the social justice.

dear pratik ,i want to say that -

A.-      a client go to a advocate and he make a will the advocate registered or attested thephotocopy and also be sighned as a witness of the will .how it is a possible ?
