Can an Appellant make the final pleading?

Hello,

I am in a First Appeal at a district court against an I.A order and I have a lawyer too. But I want to be able to address the court before the court reserves it for order. Can I do that? If so under what code/rule/law?

(Andhra Pradesh, District court)

Thanks
