I m owner of 2BHK Apartment in Mumbai since the society was formed.
I didn't have 4 wheeler till now but will buy in February 2024 and asked society for alloting parking space which was refused saying all parking space is full.
What can be done as there are owners having more than one 4 wheeler and allotted parking space. TIA
You can issue a legal notice demanding allotment of parking space.
If the association is still refusing, you may escalate the matter through legal forum and fight against it till you get the relief.
You should mention about the members having more than one parking space in your legal notice.
