can I ask information from private industry manager via RTI?

hi sir,
I want to know about how an industry providing compensation for the land losers, for this can I ask to that industry manager or officer through RTI?

First, have clarity on the exact information you like to have.  If it is compensation for land, it must be only through outright purchases through consideration or long term lease registered agreements.  Any transaction on an immovable property requires registration without exception.

RTI Act is applicable only to Public authorites as defined under Section 2 (h) of said Act.

However if the said establishment is wholly / partially funded by State/Central Govt, then the RTI can be applicable.
