In Bangalore Apartment, the un registered association is not having the details of the car parking facilities of the members who are not giving sale deed and parking as they like. How to sortout? Is it possible to get the details from the registrar office pertain to all the flats?

Since it is an un registered association thus, either you must be having an adhoc committee who is managing the society or the builder must be managing the society.

since, it is an adhoc committee therefore, you may pass a resolution and allow the parking spce to the memberes on the lottery based system.

you need to register your society so that your society can get all the necessary powers for working and maintaining the society.

The registrar does not have any powers over an unregistered association.

First your should get it registered.

If it is an unregistered association, first make an adhoc committee and assign the first task to it to register the society and another task of some method of allocation of parking temporarily until the society is registered and a new committee takes over.

I you delay forming a registered society then all of you will suffer more.
