We own a property 10 yrs back just 100 meters from where we currently my parents are staying (Tamilnadu). In that property the opposite land owner park his car in our property car shed for rent. At that time he pays 350 Rs as monthly rent and 2 yrs back we increased to 1500 Rs.
Since the place is primary location. We request him to vacate and reconstruct the house where we can get a better rent.
We dont have any legal agreement OR monthly rent payed by the car parking person. Since both my father and they are friends.
Now when we approach him vacate the car parking, he is asking for 10 Lakh OR he is asking us to sell the property to him which my father not ready.
What should we have to do ?
