Hello all,
I have a land which is in Phulwarisharif, Patna and which is completely owned by me through nomination, which my ancestors has been using since last 50 years.
Now the Central Government has planned to make a National high way in my village (mentioned above) which is passing through my land and government has started all its intial process to build the road. My questions is they started piling process on some part of my land so how can I stop them acquirng my land or what else I can do on this matter???
I dont want to loose this land under any circumstances. However government has issued a notice in paper that they are going to acquirer some plots of my village.
