State more reasons, why the objection was dismissed and what is the order in main execution proceedings?

Decree is in motor vehicle accident case against the owner the truck because it was stated by the insurance company in lower court that owner-offending vehicle was not having the valid route permit and insurance and that is why the total claim was imposed on the owner of the offending vehicle.

In fact owner the offending vehicle was having the valid route permit and valid insurance but his lawyer was mistakenly and negligently not able to produce all those valid documents before the lower court.

Owner of offending vehicle filed appeal in the high court after a period of one year but his appeal was dismissed and his delay was not condoned by the High court even in the appeal, he stated the fact that at the time of accident he was having valid route permit and valid insurance but his appeal was not heard on merit and it was dismissed due to the delay of filing the appeal.

Then owner of the offending vehicle filed objection in the execution proceeding regarding the valid route permit and valid insurance but his objection was dismissed because the (valid route permit) documents was not exhibited in the lower court.

Now we want to file the civil revision in high court against dismissal of objection filed in execution proceeding in connection with the valid route permit and insurance.

Please send my the draf of civil revision
