I bought a underconstruction flat and registered it with 6.1% with bank loan in 2010 march.
in 2012 feb when the flat was allmost complete i fully registered it with court by giving remainning 1.1%.in the month of june 2012 suddenly i got a letter from one of the land owner where bulding constructed that he revoked the permission rights on jun01 as developer violated some laws.
i called the land owner lawyer he said how i can fully registed a property without compition certificate.
i asked developer then he said registration is different and clearence certificate is diiferent. my property is registered and clearence certificate is that municipality will giv me and it is nothing to deal with land owner.
Please suggest me what is right and what i can do now?
