Court decision

Hi friends,

I have a quick query about the hon'ble high court decision, I'm desparate for your help to understand it.

1986, our opposition made a second apeal in the high court Allahabad for getting the stay on a disputed land.

The case had been dismissed in default four times. Their restoration application was rejected on 2002 but they managed to get restore the case some how.

Now, on Monday, hon'ble judge had dismissed the restoration apeal after reading the history of the case and the counter apeal from our counsel.

My question(s) are,

(1) can opposition still apeal to restore the case in the high court ?

(2) what is the diff between restoration apeal rejection and dismissal ? ( restoration apeal was rejected in 2002 and oppostion managed to restore the case, this current decision is dismissal of the restore apeal )

I really appreciate your early response.

Thanks for your help.

Regards,

sanjay
