Criminal liability of a hospital for medical negligence.

the director/trustee are liable for any negligence but the condition is that, at the time of negligence they are handle or control over the managment and day to day business of the company/hospital and they have knowledge about this negligence

It can be only civil liability...............for any criminal liability a huge lacuna in the performance of their duties should be visible and that too directly on the Director.......Mostly it is upon the treating doctor.
