hello all,
i have a question relating to inheritence of ancestrial property. we are of christian origin. my grandfather as well as my grand mother are no more. we have a land in kerala. there are 7 daughters and 1 son i.e. my father.... unfortunately my father is no more...here are my following queries :
1) into how many parts this land will be divided??
2) one of the sisters is adamant that she will buy the whole property but at a price lower than the market value...we are not willing to do the same.....also she has said that if the property is not sold to her she will not issue/ sign the No objection letter.....what is the solution to it??
