DOCUMENTS

Dear Advocates,

Please let me know what legal documents are to be executed if I buy a residential property through a broker when I give some token money to the seller of the property. Urgent please. Is there any agreement for giving brokerage too? Pl.

SIR

YOU NEEDNOT EXECUTE ANY DOCUMNET.THE VENDOR WILL EXECUTE SALE DEED OR AGREEMENT OF SALLE IN UR FAVOUR.

YOU ARE BUYING PROPERTY UNDER BROKERAGE GIVNG COMMISSION TO BROKERAGE IS DEPENDS UP ON U BOTH

MY ADVISE IS DONT RELY THE WORDS OF BROKER BEFORE GIVING MONEY TO SELLER PLZ CHECK ABOUT HIS TITTLE.CONSULT A LAWYER FOR AN OPINION WHETHER THAT PROPERTY CAN BE PURCHASE OR NOT THAT OPINION WILL HELP U ALOT.

MAKE SURE BEFORE U PURCHASE PROPERTY THE ELLER HAS TITTLE,ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS AND LINK ORIGINAL DOCUMENT,UPDATE TAX RECEIPT

THERE ARE ALOT OF THING TO TEST THE TITTLE OF VENDOR FOR THt u conult an lawyer

UNLESS AND UNTILL HTERE IS AN ENTIRE RECORD AVAILABLE WITH THE VENDOR U DONT PAY ANY MONEY
