Hindu husband made three marriages. first marriage had done in 2002 second marriage he made in 2004 and third he made in 2008. Now second marriage wife filed complaint u/s 12 of domestic violence in the year 2013, against third wife, husband and his sister. what remedies have third wife. because the first marriage was go dissolved in 2011 by the way of mutual consent divorce u\s 13b. mean Second and third marriage is already Null & void. I am from third wife kindly suggest me .......
