i have seen cases where in case of a partition suit ,even after getting a final decree, decree holder waits for years to file a exectution petition and puruse it and the reason being a mere fact of a appeal pending wtihout a stay in place/ just waiting for a appeal AS nuber for the appeal filed by the losing party
i see this as one reason partition suit never ends/ runs for decades..
why does the winning party/decree holder has to wait for execution..is it because of their ignorance of law/it depends on the judge/Ep not allowed just a appeal is yet to be number/fault of decre holder lawyer..
