when it comes to taking possesion of the share of the familiy property thorugh a decree in favor of the plaintiff from district court , how favorble is the trial court/district court generally when it comes to execution petition especially when there is a appeal pending
law book says, a appeal pending will not provide a automatic stay and the execution should proceed,but is it true that,in reality, the trial/lower court would not prefer a exection petition to be continued even if a simple appeal is pending ? or it depends on the lawyer/judge.
