Registartion of FIR against the accused does not prima facie prove that the accused is guilty of an offence. There are numerous instances where false FIR has been registered against a person but after enquiry is conducted by the concerned police officer the charges levelled against the accused is dropped. Sometimes even if a case is made out against the accused in the case diary submiited by the police but if the court is not satisfied that a case is made out against the accused the charges against the accused are dropped.

If you are apprehending arrest apply for the anticipatory bail and the police would be bound to answer to the Court as to whether there is any complaint against you or not and its gravity.

First get one point clear....most important is your liberty...........second is sanity....
1.An FIR is only the first step in a criminal procedure.......if it is false.....then it attracts S.182/211 IPC
2.IF YOU know THIS IS HAPPENING GET AN ANTICIPATORY bail...IF THE CASE IS REGD.
AB can be a tricky procedure so employ a good lawyer.....and a mole in the PS
This is how you do it..........each step at a time. All you need is a convincing Advocate
