Hi ,
My name is Naveed, I have a below question.
We are two brothers and two sisters, My father (alive) gave all his property to my brother.
Now he is the only owner of that property, can I claim for that under Muslim law . Is it leagl to gift all the propeerty to one son only while other brother and sisters also deserves some part of it.

How did your father GIVE the property to your brother, is the important question here ? Did he gift/sell/will it ? explain and we'd answer.

Hello Bharat,
Thanks for the reply.
My father gave all the money of his prident fund to my brother and it includes some money from me as well in cash.
That is how he aquired the propert and registered full house under his name.
