I purchased flat in Ulwe Navi mumbai. SBI home loan is rejecting my application by saying flat number registered is not present in the blue print of cidco. There are 3 flats on each floor of the building and builder mistakenly done registrations of 3rd flat as 104, 204, 304. 404 and neglecting 102, 202, 302 ,402 which are present in blue copy of cidco.
Now rectification of flat will also leads to confusion as 103, 203,303, 403 are already registered as 2nd flat.
Please suggest a solution to this problem
