I recently enquired a propoerty in Narsinge, Hyderabad whether they claim the flat has got the builing approval from Gram Panchayat for G + 3 floors. And they also claim they got layout approval from HUDA. Already it seems some owbers have occupied and they have EB meters and Sewage line as well. Bt regarding property tax, it seems they have not paid anything as the builder said only after the elections that the village will be a GHMC body and then the property tax would commence. Till now the village sarpanch doe not care about the property tax it seems. My question: based on the above facts, is it OK to proceed buying the property?
