Dear, You would appreciate that civil suits [ including eviction suit] take its own time, as these suits are tried in accordancwe with the provision of Code of civil procedure.. Ask your advocate to make a mention for ealry listing and hearing in the case..... l suppose you are landlord and have filed appeal before High Court...
