What should be remedy if in a high value transaction (above 50 lakhs) seller have pan number but don't have pan card at time of execution? Sub registrars ask for pan card copy during such sales. if no pan number is present form 60 is given. But what is the provision if pan card is missing but seller have valid pan number.
My mother is selling her residential property but don't have pan card though have pan number. I have applied for duplicate pan card but chances of it arriving before execution is less.
What other proof can be given in lieu of pan card so form 60 is not needed? P:S sale is in delhi
